Delivery, Returns & Exchange

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

MDTGIZMO accepts returns. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return the unwanted items by post within 30 working days (starting from the day you receive the item) of receipt of your items.

MDTGizmo provide exchange, replacement or refund provided if:
> DOA (Dead on arrival),
> Compatibility issues,
> Item no longer needed,
> Bought wrong item,
> Damaged,
> Wrong item shipped,
> Defective,
> Lost in transit

Damaged or Dead on Arrival – It is advisable for buyers to send us an email containing their complain, photo of receipt/invoice, and a back and front photo the purchased item and within 24 hours. Customer represenative will provide exchange or refund as per buyer request.

Lost in Transit – It is advisable buyers to proactively track their package. Customer
rrepresentative will provide the Shipping Number of your package so you can also track it on your own. If you have not received your item/s after the estimated delivery indicated by the shipping carrier, you may contact us through the provided email addresses or customer care hotline found in our contact us page. Respective officer will open a trace with the shipping carrier and provide refunds or replacement accordingly.

Item no longer needed or purchase by mistake – Please be reminded that MDTGizmo will provide refund accordingly. Shipping fee and 10% restocking fee of the item will be deducted provided the item is not open or used. Please remember to ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.

 


DELIVERY INFORMATION

MDTGIZMO delivers products wherever you are in the globe. Customers must provide a valid shipping address and provide payment for the delivery charges. All items are shipped (1) one business day after receiving a cleared payment.

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL
– takes 2-7 business days to arrive
– Default Shipping Method for all confirmed US Addresses
 
USPS PRIORITY MAIL
– takes 2-3 business days to arrive
– expedited Shipping for an Additional Cost of $5.00
 
USPS EXPRESS MAIL
– guaranteed overnight scheduled delivery to most locations
 
FEDEX GROUND SERVICE
– 1-5 business days (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days)

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL
– Eligible for flats up to 4 lbs and up to $400 in value
– Delivery varies by destination
 
USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL
– 6-10 Business Days
 
USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL
– 3-5 Business Days
 
Some countries have a strict Custom Policy which requires the Shipper to pay for taxes, tariffs, and custom duties.

  • In such case; we will not, under any circumstances pay for the said fees which may be required upon entry of the package into the country.
  • Buyer does have to pay the Tax and Duty; if any to the relevant Custom Authority.
  • Refusal to pay these fees will be subject to our Return Policies including Shipping Cost and/or Restocking Fees whichever may apply.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to know their Country’s Law regarding importation before purchasing to know if there are any fees required upon entry.

 

Here are the guidelines for Request to Change

Order – Notify us immediately if you ordered a wrong item and you would like to request for the correct part so that we could revise before shipment but if the package is already out on shipment, the buyer has to wait for the package to arrive, once received, the buyer can return or refuse the package and when the wrong item come back to us that is the time when we can process the correct part.

Address – If the item is not yet shipped, we can easily revise the ADDRESS but once it is out on shipment, the buyer has to contact their local Post Office to forward the package to the new address.

Name – We can simply change the NAME if the item is not yet shipped, but once it is out on shipment, the buyer has to coordinate with the person whose name appeared on the Shipping Address to forward the package or they can coordinate with the local Post Office.

Shipping Method – During Checkout, the selection of Shipping Methods are USPS First Class Mail & USPS Priority Mail for Domestic Order while for International Orders the options are China Postal Service Airmail and EMS (Express Mail Service). If you wish to arrange for other Shipping Method or Courier, please fill out the form under CONTACT US Tab and our Service Associates will reply to the provided e-mail address with the related information and instructions.

Quantity – Corresponding rate will apply for the additional quantity and the buyer has to inform us right away for the necessary changes to appear in the order.
